"It was a banging
tune. We got a lot of good airplay from it as the Evening Session
and XFM picked up on it. It was one of those early recording
                  demos
for the record company. They wanted to put something out and
                  it opened a
few more doors. It will be on the limited edition album we're
                  releasing. We
had to ask the fans on the mailing list whether they wanted
us to release it. This was because we were worried about sticking
close to when we originally released it. Back then it was released
on a limited run of a thousand with individual items, such as
Polaroids of band members tucked inside. We
thought it would be rude to re-release all that material because
people had made the effort to go out and buy it and support
                  us at the earlier gigs.
Though alot of our fans asked for it because they didn't have
                  it on CD."
So are there any plans for the future for the band?
"I quite like the idea of a greatest hits tour in a couple
of years. With us all wearing tight trousers, stadium rock -
Milton Keynes bowl, that's what I'm thinking?"
                  Are you sure?
He laughs again, "No, but I would just like us to be taken
                  seriously. We have
a lot of control over what we're doing and hopefully we will
                  be able to keep
that control without people asking us to be something else."
                  Indeed, long may it continue.
