Johny smiles, "On stage I think we get it naturally."
How are you taking to the critical acclaim that you're a great guitar for the future?
Johny is quick to reply. "We take it as much as we take the criticism. If you take one you've got to take the other."
You supported Catatonia last year. That was, if you don't mind me saying a pretty big gig for you. Was that a one-off or part of a tour?
"It was a one off," replies Guy.
If you could would you like to play that gig again as Coldpay from April 2000 if time travel was possible?
"It was a great gig, it's part of it's time," replies Johny. He laughs and then pauses "I'd like to be where we are now though."
It's only been two years but with the recent success would they say that being in a band changed their self-image at all?
Guy opts to reply "Sometimes when you're on the road you're constantly awake and doing the most stupid things amuses you. How long that'll last for I don't know."
Has the tour been what you expected, have you had a good reception? or a better one since the success of 'Shiver'?
"Yeah it has," begins Johny. "Some days have been better than others have, but they've all been good."
You're touring with Terris who have this large NME appraisal hanging over them. So much is expected of them. Has it taken some of the pressure away you?
"Only a little bit," starts Guy. "This is a joint headlining tour, we're taking it in turns to play last. There's always some pressure that comes with playing last and the audience will always have some expectations. I don't think too much is expected of Terris and I don't think too much is expected of us either," he laughs. "We'll see."
